scale of charges will be payable depending when the notification
of cancellation is received. This is general policy except peak

of cancellation is received 7 working
days (not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) or
more prior to check-in date. : Full Refund
will be given. |

If notification
of cancellation is received between 2-6
working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays)
or more prior to check-in date : A credit
card processing fee of 3.75% will be levied. |

If notification
of cancellation is received less than
2 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays)
prior to check-in date: Cancellation charge
of one night room rate plus Bank Fee 3.75 %. |

If you fail
to cancel your reservation, and/or do not check- in to
a confirmed hotel, you will be charged 1 night room rate with
Bank Charges 3.75%. |
