| 12:15 | Transfer by tender to the boat; check in your cabin and have a welcome drink and gather in the dining room for a comprehensive safety and boat itinerary details; |
| 13:00 | With a special lunch, in a multi-course Vietnamese and Western set menu; |
| Afternoon | Set sail for Bai Tu Long Bay, and visit Cua Van Village which is the largest fishing village on the Bay; Kayak through the village or visit on small bamboo boats rowed by the villagers; |
| 17:30 | Back on board Valentine Cruise; enjoy Vietnamese cooking class with our chef and learn to prepare delicious appetizers. And the barman will serve you his talent cocktail; then dinner is served, with salads, seafood, meat dishes, seasonal fresh fruits and deserts; |
