I stayed here on my second trip to Hanoi. It's a great hotel with very nice staffs. I booked a VIP room and it's 5x nicer than the rooms at Sheraton or New World (in HCMC) which cost about twice as much. The hotel is not within walking distance of the old quarter, but taxi cab costs about 2-3 dollars wherever you want to go. It totally worth the $. Will definitely stay here again.

i stay at the executive premium room, it was consider full suite and complete for business traveler. bed is big and comfort, bathtub with jagucci , soft carpet, and etc. but there was some pitfall for today, the door access card not functional, i had to wait their duty master to generate another card for me, internet WIFI can not be access, i have to wait an hour, their technician send a new router for me, although the above pitfall bring some handicap in marking, anywhere their service still consider efficient.
