Quality hotel. Very modern and luxurious. Had many TV channels which was handy as it was only a short overnight stay. Location is close to everything and there are many nice restaurants around the area. Only downside was no room service but I can live with that. Would stay again if passing through Vientiane, though enjoy Vang Vieng much more.

this is a very clean hotel and the location is very the eateries and night market is only about 10 minutes walking distance. the staf were very friendly and helpful - especially the General Manager (THANK YOU VERY MUCH) which gone out of her way to make special arrangement regarding our stay at the hotel and the trip to Luang Prabang.
